Our Safety Protocols
Our staff are screened each morning for any signs of illness including fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, sudden lose of smell, aches, or any other signs of cold or flu before they are allowed to begin a job. We also confirm that they have not had any contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 each morning.
We ask all of our customers before their cleanings if there are any signs of respiratory illness, fever, cough, runny nose, any sudden loss of smell, any contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or anyone who’s visited their home in the last 2 weeks with a known or suspected case of COVID-19.
We’re keeping our staff home if they’re sick, period. We have sick time and paid time off for our employees as well, so nobody has to worry about coming in because they can’t afford to work.
We’re all practicing social distancing and wearing masks when we come into your home and at your home and everywhere we stay six feet away form each other. We’re also following this practice in our lives outside of work.
We’re taking extra hygiene steps: we’re sanitizing our hands before we enter your home, we’re wearing gloves throughout the cleaning process, and taking additional disinfecting steps for critical entry and exit points for your home.
