Our Services
Maintenance Clean
This is our standard clean. It will keep your house in tip-top shape. We cover all the basics from dusting to cleaning the floors and everything in between.
Deep Clean
This is a more intense cleaning process and is usually done 4 times a year. This can be done as a stand alone cleaning or as part of a personalized cleaning plan designed just for you.
Special Packages
We have several specialty cleaning services, including: windows, carpet deep cleans, employee kitchen appliances Post-event package and more!
Speciality Projects
Valley Cleaning Vegas provides all the supples we need to clean your home. We use brand name high quality cleaning products. When comparable eco friendly products are used. You can request that we only use eco friendly products throughout your home at a small surcharge.
Move In / Move Out
Moving into a new place or moving out, Valley Cleaning Vegas has you covered with three different levels of service to fit your needs.

How Our Pricing Works
Valley Cleaning Vegas offers both contract and non-contracted office cleaning options.
We offer 5 contracted options: Daily (based on your work week), 3-Times a Week, Weekly (52 visits per Year), Bi-Weekly (26 Visits per year) and Monthly (12 visits per year). We suggest one Deep Cleaning with all of our contracts every 4 months to keep your office looking it's best.
Our contracted rates are discounted from our One Time Cleaning Service or our Deep Cleaning service.
We also offer special services, ask your Valley Cleaning representative about customizing any of our cleaning packages to fit your unique needs.

How we define office space:
SMALL: Typical store front office (Real estate, travel agencies, Insurance companies) usually with a small customer space and a few desk in the main space and a private or two.
MEDIUM: A larger space (Larger law or accounting firm) with a main reception area, common area and several (up to 7) private offices.
LARGE: A larger office building with 7+ private offices, common areas for workers and customer reception and waiting areas.
Prices are for informational purposes and your final price will be determined at our walk through. All prices are subject to change without notice. Once under contract, your price is locked in for the duration of the contract.** Move-In/Move-Out is our entry level Standard Package, other packages are available.
