You will receive 10 billing credits over your first invoices. So if your first cleaning is $139.00 you will receive 10 credits of $13.90.

Our employees are screened each morning for any signs of illness including fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, sudden lose of smell, aches, or any other signs of cold or flu before they are allowed to begin a job. Additionally, we confirm that our employees have not had any contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 each morning.

This is our standard clean. It will keep your house in tip-top shape.  We cover all the basics from dusting to cleaning the floors and everything in between. 

This is a more intense cleaning process and is usually done 4 times a year. This can be done as a stand alone cleaning or as part of a personalized cleaning plan designed just for you.

We will usally do a few maintenance cleans before doing a deep clean because we want to get to know your home or office to see where the trouble spots are. This allows us to do the best job possible for you.

When you call other cleaning services, they'll ask you about square footage and a hundred other things and then they still won't give you a price until they come out to your house.

We beleive in a simple approch to pricing. Our prices are on the website and we can quote them to you over the phone with two or three simple questions. 

These quotes will cover 90% of our customers.We will come out to do a walk through with you to find out your specific needs and the quoted rate may change in some circumstances.

We LOVE puppy dogs and kitties.... well all pets. We actually love them more than we love cleaning so with that in mind, we ask that you keep your furry family members away from the staff - because we will spend the entire time playing with them and you'll have a tired pet but a dirty house ;-)

Privacy is job one. We will never share information about you or your family with anyone, not even our supervisors. 

We further promise that we will never sell, trade or give your personal information to anyone or any company.

This is up to you. For your convenience we can securely maintain a key to your home or business. These keys will be carefully provided to cleaning teams on the day of the cleaning and immediately returned to be stored in a safe location.

No you don’t, Valley Cleaning Vegas will arrive at your home or business with the necessary equipment and supplies to get the job done right.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 fee. 

If for whatever reason we cannot get access to your home or business, a $50 fee will apply.

But if you move, a household situation comes up, or you find yourself just moving on. We understand and want to make sure we end on a good note. We will work with you to end your contract, fairly, so everyone is happy. That's a promise.
